Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the eyewear in its original leather case and protective packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the frames, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
